How Does
FacilityWare™ Work?
FaciltyWare™ doesn’t re-invent the vendor/client relationship, it simply provides a mechanism to store service data and present
it back to all authorized individuals for review. Data is stored through a centralized “data-mall,” where the content is widely accessible, protected, and properly backed-up for quality and information assurance. The FacilityWare™ application is run from
the Service Provider’s laptop, and uploaded through the FW
Secure web interface. This is the data management backbone
of the system -- and through this portal -- administration of site and vendor profiles, reviews of inspection reports, the releasing of suspended reports, and the like are performed.
The steps to using
FacilityWare™
are simple…
-
Clients, Vendors, or Property Management Companies determine to use
FacilityWare™.
-
Facility Service Profiles and Records are uploaded to the
FacilityWare™ Database remotely.
-
All subsequent service and maintenance activities are recorded in the
customer’s FacilityWare™ account.
-
Reports can be viewed 24/7/365 by any authorized party – from anywhere in
the world.
-
Reports are requested and delivered in an automated process.
FacilityWareT's Master ID's enables client to search all
equipment located at their site, and displays the information for review via
the web. With FacilityWareT, reporting is concise. The data can be entered in
three distinct manners, according to the user's desire:
-
Web Entry via the FacilityWare™ " thin-client”
-
Direct File Upload from the technician’s workstation
-
Personnel Entry via a service call.
FacilityWare™ is an LDI developed, Windows®-based application that is free to FW subscribers. The executable is obtained via the Partner
Link on LDI’s web site. Once installed, certified partners
will use FacilityWare™ on their workstation, and will be empowered
to enter inspection data while at customer sites – recording P/M or E/M information specific to the equipment being serviced. Once
the technicians have completed their service, they simply transfer inspection data to the centralized FacilityWare™ data mall via the
web or an 800-number.
